How do you get from the initial contact to a unique, well-designed, effectively optimized website? This is the most common question we encounter so we wanted to give you an idea of the web design process:
The process really begins with you and/or your company determining you want a website and completing a FREE website design or redesign quote.
EVALUATION & PLANNING
1. FREE Website Design/Redesign Quote and Needs Assessment
If you or your company haven't already done so, it is important that you determine what it is you want to accomplish with your website. For example, is the intention of your website to convey information about you, your company, its products, services, etc.? Or, do you intend to utilize the vast market of internet advertising to promote your business and increase revenue?
When you are prepared, please request a free, no obligation website design quote.
Our team of web specialists will assess the information you provide in your free website design quote and begin gathering some background information about your industry and competition. It is our goal to identify your needs and what it is you are expecting from your website and convey to you how Easy Site Help can fill those needs and expectations in your website design project.
2. Initial Consultation
Once we have gathered all the information we think might be relevant to your web project we will contact you to discuss all of the project details, expected time frame to complete your project, and pricing. At this point, some of your basic initial needs regarding domain name registration, professional logo design, web hosting services, website design/redesign, search engine optimization, and ongoing site maintenance will be determined.
3. Website Development Proposal and Deposit/Payment
Once we have reached an agreement on all of the project details, we will supply you with a Website Development Proposal that will summarize our agreement terms (design parameters, estimated time frame to completion, costs, etc).. You simply need to return the document with the agreed upon deposit/payment and signature indicating acceptance.
Once received, we will begin the process of designing, developing, and deploying your new website project.
WEBSITE DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
4. Desired Website Theme & Specifics
Based upon our initial consultation, we will try to provide you with several design options before we build the entire website. This is your opportunity to indicate specific navigation links you would like to see, as well as color schemes and design options.
Once you choose the design you like best, we will continue to modify it as needed to meet your criteria and taste, until the final desired look is achieved. At this point, we will begin creating the interior structure of your website design project.
5. Website Development
This is where we put together all of the input you have provided along with critical search engine optimization attributes. We will create all the necessary pages of your website, create easy to follow navigation throughout, create contact/response forms, as well as creating a site map of your entire website.
We are a very interactive company and your input in all phases of the web development process is greaty welcomed. Working together, we can create dynamic site content that is both compelling to your target audience as well as effective for search engine optimization.
OPTIMIZATION & TESTING
6. Optimization
Easy Site Help will thoroughly check all aspects of your website to ensure that proper search engine optimization attributes is utilized on each page created...from basic meta tags, to keyword rich text, alt image tags, and all other aspects necessary to maximize the effectiveness of your new website.
7. Testing
We will test your website for programming/html errors, browser compatibiity, grammar and spell check, dead links, and form readiness.
SITE LAUNCH
8. Website Launch
All necessary website files and/or scripts are uploaded to your web hosting server and your website domain.
9. Search Engine Submission/Optimization
After launch and testing, Easy Site Help will submit your website to all the major search engines (as well as several minor search engines) and applicable directories. Any other optimization techniques will be performed at this point, based upon the original Website Development agreement.
10. Ongoing Maintenance
